The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Development: - Design and develop HVAC systems majorly VRV , including layout, sizing, and selection of equipment, to meet client requirements and industry standards. - Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations for VRV systems, including ductwork, piping, and controls. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.2. Load Calculations : - Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine the required capacity of HVAC systems. - Select and specify HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, and pumps, based on client requirements and industry standards. - Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as ASHRAE, LEED, and IECC.4. Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. - Coordinate with clients, contractors to ensure successful project execution.5. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architectural, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to ensure integrated design solutions. - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of design intent and project requirements.6.
