Develop and execute a structured outreach strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality interns.Internship Program Management Oversee the full lifecycle of the internship program, from recruitment to offboarding. Develop and maintain a structured internship roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs. Track intern performance, learning progress, and business task completion.Onboarding & Training Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all interns, including orientation and training sessions. Assign interns to appropriate teams, considering their skills, learning goals, and business requirements. Develop and maintain structured learning modules, tracking completion and effectiveness.Task & Performance Management Assign business and learning tasks to interns, ensuring timely completion. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to interns and their mentors. Address performance issues and ensure interns receive the support needed to succeed.Intern Pipeline & Knowledge Transfer Proactively plan for upcoming intern batches to ensure continuity. Implement a seamless knowledge transfer process between outgoing and incoming interns. Maintain comprehensive documentation of ongoing projects.
