Payroll Officer - Jaipur

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage payroll processes for our organization. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of payroll procedures. The ideal candidate will work from home and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Payroll Processing: Calculate employee pay based on hours worked, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy in each payroll cycle.

- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure our payroll practices comply with local and national guidelines.

- Generate Reports: Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual payroll reports to provide accurate data for management review.

- Handle Inquiries: Address any payroll-related questions or concerns from employees promptly and professionally.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and confidential records of employee payroll information, including changes in pay rates or personal information.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll management is required, with a strong understanding of payroll systems and software.

Attention to detail is crucial, as the role demands accuracy to prevent mistakes. The ability to communicate effectively is important, as you will be interacting with employees regularly. The candidate should also demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Proficiency with Excel and payroll software is essential.
