Business Development & Saleso Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (Pharma, Food, Petrochemical, etc.).o Visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions.o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.2. Client Relationship Managemento Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.o Provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients.o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.3. Market Intelligence & Reportingo Collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management.4. Experience: 13 years in B2B industrial/lab equipment/chemical sales (freshers with strong motivation may also apply). Skills:o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.o Ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively.o Basic knowledge of laboratory products & solutions will be an advantage.
