role summary

we are seeking a motivated b2b field industrial sales executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand xenith scientific’s footprint in gujarat. the ideal candidate will have experience in b2b industrial or laboratory sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements in qc/r&d environments.

key responsibilities

1. business development & sales

o identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (pharma, food, petrochemical, etc.).

o visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions.

o achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. client relationship management

o build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

o provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients.

o ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. market intelligence & reporting

o collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

o prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management.

4. coordination & execution

o coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, and after-sales support.

o follow up on payments and ensure timely order closures.

o participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.

desired candidate profile

• education: graduate in science/pharma/engineering (preferred) or any discipline with strong sales aptitude.

• experience: 1–3 years in b2b industrial/lab equipment/chemical sales (freshers with strong motivation may also apply).

• skills:

o strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively.

o basic knowledge of laboratory products & solutions will be an advantage.

• other requirements:

o own two-wheeler with valid driving license
