Job Title: Course Counselor (Sales Executive)Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Work (6 days per week)Salary: INR 30,000 35,000 CTC per monthJob Description:We are looking for a dedicated Course Counselor to join our team. As a Course Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their career paths in the dynamic fitness industry. Your role will include handling inquiries, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and surpassing admission targets.Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective students, providing them with objective information about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.- Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and courses we offer.- Ensure that all questions and concerns of prospects are addressed, and when necessary, facilitate communication with domain experts from K11.- Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.- Collaborate with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.- Continuously update your knowledge about our products and services, staying informed about the latest developments and improvements.- Prepare and submit daily reports and End of the Day Reports to evaluate individual and team performance.- Embrace feedback and participate in audit sessions conducted by the response quality assurance department to improve skills and performance.- Attend training sessions and refresher programs to enhance your understanding of our courses and stay updated with industry trends.Contact Person:Name: Ms. Riya Dube & Ms. Sanika Paradkar

-Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services. -Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings-Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve conversion of leads.-Calling & meeting leads obtained from Digital Marketing, Webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team. -Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.-Understand challenges faced by Indian SMB's & gather market feedback.
