To ensure compliance of all corporate policies related to slimming with feedback toR&D.2. To ensure that the centre achieves quality executions according to the parameters givenby R & D. To co-ordinate with R & D for any guidance regarding the same.3. To ensure that service delivery is as per SOP and monitor on the following aspectsIncorrect bookings and medical contraindication, if anyCorrect validitiesTimely completion of Zero sessionDocumentation and software entriesEntries of wellness and fitness parametersAppliance Status and maintenanceUse of consumables and linen as per SOPFollow up system to increase client regularityTelephonic Diet counseling for clients on break / irregular clientsEnsure conduction of in-house events for display of recipes / information disseminationfor a particular target groupEnsure conduction of 2 group activity sessions / week / centre by the physiotherapistDiet Counselling for clients booked on beauty packages4. To review the centres weight loss performance and audit findings for formulation ofnecessary action plan to be discussed with R&D on monthly basis.5. To be responsible for counseling / guidance and continued follow up of regular clientsnot losing as per desired rate in co-ordination with regional / centre doctor . Feedback toR&D ( ATH / RTH Technical Guidance and monitoring Format)6. To plan and take active role for zero session and conduct group zero session on centrevisit.7. To ensure that data of improvement in biochemical parameters for medical clients alongwith the lab reports is sent on monthly basis to R & D8. To send details of Transformation success stories with substantial weight loss, before andafter photographs with significant improvement in medical condition with improvedbiochemical parameters, reduced medication and improvement in fitness, wellness andoverall lifestyle9. Besides overall sales, to drive sales of innovations at centres and to monitor the posttraining understanding and implementation of the same and provide appropriateguidance.10. To monitor all Slimming events ( Centres within the purview of the ATH/ RTH )including the Medical events as well.11. To improve the Slimming OSR by ensuring Client regularity and successful weight loss.12. To resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reducing possible causes ofcomplaints by customer. Primary focus to be on Customer Delight.13. When on Centre Visit to provide relevant guidance on the Appointment Planner to ensuremaximum utilization of infrastructure, staff & appliance.14. To update the centres and ensure implementation on all new technical inputs sent fromR&D from time to time15. To conduct self follow up for special clients who are VIPs and Doctors.16. To give regular feedback to R &D and VP-Operations for any delay in procurement ofStationary/ Documents/ Linen, Products / Consumables.17. To send the Technical Audit Report to R&D within 3 days of centre visit18. To be responsible for approving validity extension for clients on informed break with ccto R&D19. To review and send the compiled sheet of Performance Bonus for Dietitians andMasseurs20. To ensure that the Daily Monitoring Format is completely and correctly filled and sentback to the Centre with appropriate and practical guidelines. A copy of the same to bemarked to the Corporate Technical Manager.21. To share their travel plan with their respective Centres atleast a week in advance to planevents and fix appointments with clients not losing well.22. ATH should update the Centre Head / Slimming Head / Beauty Head and Sales Headwith the relevant technical knowledge.23. To conduct Technical Interviews of candidates in case of vacancy and give details of thesame to R&D.24. To be responsible for conducting / monitoring induction of newly recruited slimmingstaff prior to formal training25. To plan and conduct Regional / Advanced trainings in co-ordination with R&D as perRegional TNA, skill gap analysis at regional level and category wise service analysis( Service Delivery & Sales wise )26. To conduct Post training Implementation of Training inputs at their respective Centerswith guidance from R & D to bridge the training and skill gap analysis.27. To plan the schedule of area wise Support Team Members in co-ordination with R&D28. To reassess the C&D graders at a quarterly interval and submit the post evaluationfeedback to R&D for further action.29. To monitor the progress of the average performers by ensuring that the nominated staffmember at Centre level is taking keen interest to improve the average performers.30. To ensure that the Post Training Implementation Feedback form is filled up in a nonbiased manner and the same is forwarded to R & D for future course of action.31. To carry out research and forward the necessary data required by R&D.32. To constantly upgrade oneself and multitask so as to achieve the progression level as per themultitasking / up gradation planner
