To ensure compliance of all corporate policies related to slimming with feedback to
R&D.
2. To ensure that the centre achieves quality executions according to the parameters given
by R & D. To co-ordinate with R & D for any guidance regarding the same.
3. To ensure that service delivery is as per SOP and monitor on the following aspects
Incorrect bookings and medical contraindication, if any
Correct validities
Timely completion of Zero session
Documentation and software entries
Entries of wellness and fitness parameters
Appliance Status and maintenance
Use of consumables and linen as per SOP
Follow up system to increase client regularity
Telephonic Diet counseling for clients on break / irregular clients
Ensure conduction of in-house events for display of recipes / information dissemination
for a particular target group
Ensure conduction of 2 group activity sessions / week / centre by the physiotherapist
Diet Counselling for clients booked on beauty packages
4. To review the centres weight loss performance and audit findings for formulation of
necessary action plan to be discussed with R&D on monthly basis.
5. To be responsible for counseling / guidance and continued follow up of regular clients
not losing as per desired rate in co-ordination with regional / centre doctor . Feedback to
R&D ( ATH / RTH Technical Guidance and monitoring Format)
6. To plan and take active role for zero session and conduct group zero session on centre
visit.
7. To ensure that data of improvement in biochemical parameters for medical clients along
with the lab reports is sent on monthly basis to R & D
8. To send details of Transformation success stories with substantial weight loss, before and
after photographs with significant improvement in medical condition with improved
biochemical parameters, reduced medication and improvement in fitness, wellness and
overall lifestyle
9. Besides overall sales, to drive sales of innovations at centres and to monitor the post
training understanding and implementation of the same and provide appropriate
guidance.
10. To monitor all Slimming events ( Centres within the purview of the ATH/ RTH )
including the Medical events as well.
11. To improve the Slimming OSR by ensuring Client regularity and successful weight loss.
12. To resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reducing possible causes of
complaints by customer. Primary focus to be on Customer Delight.
13. When on Centre Visit to provide relevant guidance on the Appointment Planner to ensure
maximum utilization of infrastructure, staff & appliance.
14. To update the centres and ensure implementation on all new technical inputs sent from
R&D from time to time
15. To conduct self follow up for special clients who are VIPs and Doctors.
16. To give regular feedback to R &D and VP-Operations for any delay in procurement of
Stationary/ Documents/ Linen, Products / Consumables.
17. To send the Technical Audit Report to R&D within 3 days of centre visit
18. To be responsible for approving validity extension for clients on informed break with cc
to R&D
19. To review and send the compiled sheet of Performance Bonus for Dietitians and
Masseurs
20. To ensure that the Daily Monitoring Format is completely and correctly filled and sent
back to the Centre with appropriate and practical guidelines. A copy of the same to be
marked to the Corporate Technical Manager.
21. To share their travel plan with their respective Centres atleast a week in advance to plan
events and fix appointments with clients not losing well.
22. ATH should update the Centre Head / Slimming Head / Beauty Head and Sales Head
with the relevant technical knowledge.
23. To conduct Technical Interviews of candidates in case of vacancy and give details of the
same to R&D.
24. To be responsible for conducting / monitoring induction of newly recruited slimming
staff prior to formal training
25. To plan and conduct Regional / Advanced trainings in co-ordination with R&D as per
Regional TNA, skill gap analysis at regional level and category wise service analysis
( Service Delivery & Sales wise )
26. To conduct Post training Implementation of Training inputs at their respective Centers
with guidance from R & D to bridge the training and skill gap analysis.
27. To plan the schedule of area wise Support Team Members in co-ordination with R&D
28. To reassess the C&D graders at a quarterly interval and submit the post evaluation
feedback to R&D for further action.
29. To monitor the progress of the average performers by ensuring that the nominated staff
member at Centre level is taking keen interest to improve the average performers.
30. To ensure that the Post Training Implementation Feedback form is filled up in a non
biased manner and the same is forwarded to R & D for future course of action.
31. To carry out research and forward the necessary data required by R&D.
32. To constantly upgrade oneself and multitask so as to achieve the progression level as per the
multitasking / up gradation planner
