We are into RTO & insurance business, Need assistant for paper works & system data maintenance. Have to call existing customers for renewals. Have to build good relation with customers.

Responsibilities :- Call existing and potential customers to sell the company's products and services- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders- Process customer purchases - Generate leads for the outside sales team to pursue- Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company's products and services- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat businessRequirements :- Ability to read and follow scripts- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills- Effective communication skills- Strong customer service skills
