Job TitleCounter Salesman Food Stall (Mansarovar/Kamothe)Role PurposeTo manage customer interactions at the stall, ensure smooth sales of beverages and food items, maintain hygiene, and support daily profit targets.---Key Responsibilities- Customer Service- Greet customers politely and take orders quickly.- Suggest combos (e.g., lassi + fruit salad, chaas + biryani portion) to increase sales.- Handle complaints respectfully and resolve minor issues.- Sales & Cash Handling- Record each sale in the register or digital app.- Manage cash transactions accurately and provide correct change.- Reconcile daily sales with stock and report to stall owner.- Product Handling- Serve lassi, chaas, nimbu paani, fruit salad, and biryani portions neatly.- Maintain portion control to avoid wastage.- Keep counter clean and organized.- Stock & Hygiene- Monitor stock levels of glasses, plates, and ingredients.- Inform owner when supplies are low.- Follow hygiene practices (hand washing, clean utensils, covered food).---Skills & Qualities- Basic math for cash handling.- Clear communication in Marathi/Hindi.- Friendly, respectful attitude toward customers.- Ability to work in fast-paced stall environment.- Trustworthy and punctual.---Work Conditions- Location: Mansarovar station / Kamothe bridge.- Timing: 810 hours daily (flexible shifts).- Compensation: Fixed daily wage + performance bonus (based on sales).---Performance Indicators- Daily sales target: 2,000 net profit contribution.- Accuracy in cash reconciliation.- Customer satisfaction (repeat buyers, minimal complaints).- Hygiene and stall presentation.
