Job description-- Business Development Associate & Executive: Generate leads, nurture client relationships, recommend solutions, negotiate sales, record feedback, and maintain customer databases.-- Team Leader & Business Development Manager: Manage a team of 1015, ensure monthly targets are met, conduct meetings, oversee daily operations, and strategize for monthly workflow.-- Review the sales team performance and explore sales improvement initiatives to achieve the sales targets for the project.-- Conduct sales review meetings with the sales team on a periodic basis.-- To recruit good-quality prospective sales candidates and ensure that they are completing probation in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.-Requirements:-- Strong negotiation and closing skills.-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.-- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.-- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.-- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.-- Education: Any Graduation.-- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.-- Salary: From 20k-50k per month.-Benefits:-- Benefits: Work from home.-- Schedule: Day shift/Rotational shift.-- Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus.
