-- business development associate & executive: generate leads, nurture client relationships, recommend solutions, negotiate sales, record feedback, and maintain customer databases.
-- team leader & business development manager: manage a team of 10–15, ensure monthly targets are met, conduct meetings, oversee daily operations, and strategize for monthly workflow.
-- review the sales team performance and explore sales improvement initiatives to achieve the sales targets for the project.
