Job Description Customer Service Staff / Host (Amoeba, Jayanagar Bangalore)

We are hiring Customer Service Staff (56 positions) and 1 Female Host for our gaming and entertainment center at Jayanagar.

Responsibilities:

Handle billing and card recharge operations

Guide customers for bowling and arcade games

Upsell recharge offers and packages

Maintain smooth counter and floor operations

Ensure excellent customer experience

Host will manage front desk, welcome customers, and handle basic queries confidently

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass

Basic English and kannada/hindi required

Good communication skills (Host role requires strong communication)

Retail / gaming experience preferred but not mandatory

Willing to work in rotational shifts (9 hours duty + 1 hour break)

Salary:

Customer Service Staff: 18,000 Gross (Approx. 14,000 Take-home)

Host: Starting from 20,000 (based on communication and presentation)

Immediate joiners preferred. Growth opportunities available based on performance.
