About the Role
Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you won't just be selling land; you€™ll be helping clients secure their future. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle€”from identifying potential investors to closing deals on our premium residential and commercial plots.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective buyers through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
€¢ Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and match them with the right property investment opportunities.
€¢ Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with warm leads to move them through the sales funnel.
€¢ Site Visits: Coordinate and lead physical site visits, showcasing the location, amenities, and future growth potential of our plots.
What We€™re Looking For
€¢ Experience: 3 months€“3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or EdTech sales experience is a huge plus).
€¢ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to explain complex investment benefits clearly.
€¢ Resilience: A never-give-up attitude. You understand that no is just the start of the conversation.
€¢ Mobility: Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
