About the Role
Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you won't just be selling land; youll be helping clients secure their future. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecyclefrom identifying potential investors to closing deals on our premium residential and commercial plots.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective buyers through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and match them with the right property investment opportunities.
Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with warm leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Site Visits: Coordinate and lead physical site visits, showcasing the location, amenities, and future growth potential of our plots.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 3 months3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or EdTech sales experience is a huge plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to explain complex investment benefits clearly.
Resilience: A never-give-up attitude. You understand that no is just the start of the conversation.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
