As a Product Sales Manager at Digio your responsibilities will be: - Understanding various products and product capabilities offered by Digio - Prospecting clients, identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders, generating outbound leads and pursuing inbound leads - Creating a clear sales funnel for the assigned vertical and use cases - Quarterly presenting sales forecast and Monthly reporting key highlights to the entire team - Working closely with Product Marketing to come up with sales collateral for assigned vertical and use cases - Working closely with Delivery and Product management teams, to highlight client requirements, industry trends, product feedback - Owning accounts across entire sales lifecycle: Lead nurturing, Sales closure, Working with Delivery team and customer to oversee integration/implementation, Go-Live - Working with Customer success team for Feedback and Relationship management - Quarterly Sales responsibility breakdown: - 40% new businesses/customers - 40% cross-sell (new products, new use cases) within existing customers - 20% up-sell (drive product usage) of already availed products within existing customer use cases You have: - 2-5 years experience in Outbound sales (SaaS/Enterprise SaaS/Enterprise solutions) - Preferably prior experience selling to key stakeholders in BFSI (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs etc) - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Pre-sales experience in Enterprise solutions (preferred) - Excellent presentation & communication skills - Fair understanding of technology products and systems work You are: - Obsessed with customers success - A champion for your customer internally - A great listener, articulate orator, go-getter - Ready to take bigger responsibilities - Well suited for a fast paced, dynamic startup environment - Passionate
