responsibilities

• understanding the products and services offered by the company.

• answering queries of old and new customers as per script and company terms.

• setting up trial classes for customers with teachers as per time convenience.

• managing teacher schedules and coordinating with customer schedule.

• coordinating new payments and renewal payments of customers.

• handling customer complaints and managing expectations of customers.

• teacher coordination, teacher scheduling, class attendance

requirements

• bachelor’s degree in any field or high school diploma.

• minimum 1+ years of work experience as a telesales executive, telesales representative, or a admin job position in the sales department.

• excellent oral and written communication skills.

• proficient in microsoft office tools.

• outstanding ability to follow scripts.

• pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

• ability to handle multiple tasks.

• exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
