Responsibilities

Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

Answering queries of old and new customers as per script and company terms.

Setting up trial classes for customers with teachers as per time convenience.

Managing teacher schedules and coordinating with customer schedule.

Coordinating new payments and renewal payments of customers.

Handling customer complaints and managing expectations of customers.

Teacher coordination, teacher scheduling, class attendance

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any field or High school diploma.

Minimum 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a admin job position in the Sales department.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

Ability to deal with different personalities.

Good time management skills.

Ability to provide excellent customer service.
