The purpose of this role is to support research and monitoring of existing Health care projects under direct implementation model (like Health Information Helpline, Telemedicine and Community Outreach programmes in collaboration with State Govt and CSR partners) in different states. Support in streamlining the projects in different states through periodic review of the project data. Identify any gaps in the process and suggest value additions in the project through analysis of secondary data, operational research, surveys and field visit. Support in developing technical/grants proposal. Support in conducting periodic research (Primary/secondary) related to the project and publication in reputed public health journals. Facilitate Baseline/end-line evaluation.Participate in conference and present the learnings derived from primary/secondary research.

Roles & Responsibilities Conducting primary and secondary research to author market research reports Analyzing data sets, working on filling the gaps in findings and analysis through telephonic conversations, interviews, surveys, etc Working with the team through brainstorming sessions in order to develop new solutions that are subsequently made sellable. Establish market expertise in the relevant industry, contribute market insights and analyst briefings; Write market/Industry research studies and finalize them. Finalize Table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies. Estimate market sizes and forecastingQualifications: 0 - 2 years in Market Research industry Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and also as part of a team Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) B-Pharma/M-Pharma/Pharm DWho can apply:- Are available for full-time probation of 6 months Can take up a full-time opportunity post probation with a minimum bond period of 2 years as a full-time employee Must have your laptop or desktop with an internet connection (10+ Mbps internet speed)
