RFQS Job Vacancies in Bangalore

Manage end-to-end import procurement process for mechanical components and equipment. Identify and engage with international suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines. Handle RFQs, commercial negotiations, and vendor selection for overseas sourcing. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and CHA for seamless import logistics. Prepare and verify import documentation including Proforma Invoices, LC documents, Bill of Entry, etc. Monitor shipment schedules, logistics tracking, and ensure timely delivery to site/factory. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain effective relationships with overseas vendors. Work closely with the finance and legal teams for customs duty, taxes, and import compliance. Ensure adherence to all regulatory norms including BIS, DGFT, and customs procedures. Support cost optimization through alternate sourcing and better logistics planning.

Key Responsible Area : Technical Concept, Layout, Process Planning estimations, Sales coordination for Automation ProjectsRobotic Welding Line, BIW Fixtures, Jigs, Special Purpose Machines ( SPM ), Conveyor , Material Handling systems in the field of Automotive, Heavy Construction equipmentRoles & Responsibility : -- Study RFQ Drawings & Standards provided by customers thoroughly and purpose a suitable solutions with technical and commercial value.- Takt Time, Cycle Time, process flow for Automation Projects- Understanding of Basic Elements of Robot (Welding & Material Handling)- Understanding of Basic Welding Process (Spot, TIG, MIG etc.)- Understanding for Basic of Robotic Welding Cell and Welding SPMs, Fixtures- Understanding of Customer 2D and 3D data- Good knowledge of GD&T, Auto CAD & Catia- Good Command on Microsoft Excel and Power Point- Good Knowledge of Pneumatics & PLC Systems- Costing of Jigs, Fixtures, SPM, Robotic cell, Grippers, Conveyors and related equipments
