Manage the Founder's daily schedule, appointments and calendar.2. Handle incoming and outgoing business calls professionally.3. Schedule client meetings, Google Meets and business appointments.4. Coordinate with wedding clients, vendors, team members and business associates.5. Maintain a list of pending tasks, commitments and follow-ups.6. Make timely calls and follow up with clients and business contacts.7. Organise meetings and maintain meeting notes and action points.8. Coordinate business travel, bookings and related arrangements.9. Manage professional emails, WhatsApp communication and basic documentation.10.
