They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the companys merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A telecaller may also carry out the following tasks:Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct callsModifying sales pitches in response to customer demandAcquiring and retaining contact information databasesPut forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumerEnsure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
