Ensure a minimum of 10 - 12 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, follow- ups, or confirmed interests. Coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactions. Maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platforms.
