Hiring - Operations Manager (Hotel & Resorts)Location : Kasauki, SolanVacancy: 1Salary : 15000 - 20000 with food and accommodation and 25000 without food and accommodation. Job Responsibilities:To be responsible for many aspects of a property functions, including housekeeping, humanresources, facilities, security, public relations, social media, F & B Production ,F & B Services, sales and financials.Oversees different departments , guests, and other staff.Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotelpolicies, specials, availability, VIP guests, hotel events and more.To ensure a positive experience that exceeds guests expectations. Management of portal bookings, inventory, rates, sold out etc. Reservation handling by mail, telephonic for individuals and groups. Payment follow ups Feedback responsibilities at Trip Advisor and online Email marketing Organizing holidays,conferences,get together and party event Travel managing for individual and group Checked in/out guests Handled guests requests/complaints, Cashiering. Telephone handling. Handling Reservations on Phone / emails etc Work in association with the Housekeepers for effective room management.
