Duties and responsibilitiesCheck-in and boarding assistance: Agents operate at check-in counters and boarding gates. Their tasks include:Greeting passengers and checking their tickets and travel documents.Issuing boarding passes and seat assignments.Tagging and processing checked baggage and charging for any overweight luggage.Making public address announcements about flight information and boarding times.Passenger support: They serve as a resource for passenger questions and issues, including:Providing information about flight schedules, gate changes, and airport facilities.Assisting with special requests for passengers who require additional support, such as those with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and the elderly.Irregular operations: In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or other disruptions, agents are responsible for:Helping with rebooking and alternative travel arrangements for affected passengers.Managing and resolving customer complaints calmly and professionally.Baggage services: When luggage is lost, delayed, or damaged, agents assist passengers with the claim process.Administrative and operational tasks: In addition to customer service, agents perform various behind-the-scenes duties, such as:Preparing flight paperwork.Using computer systems to enter passenger and flight information.Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Check log books and documents at sites and compile evaluation and action report.
