- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with AREA27s business goals, target market segments, and brand positioning in the construction sector.- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging construction industry trends, and changes in customer behaviour.- Develop and manage the marketing budget; track spending vs plan, evaluate ROI of marketing activities and optimise resource allocation.- Oversee brand management & communication: ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints (online, offline, collateral), and build reputation and credibility in the built-environment/construction market.- Manage production of marketing materials (brochures, case studies, website content, white-papers, project write-ups), and maintain a library of assets for proposals, exhibitions and campaigns.- Foster cross-function collaboration work closely with sales, product / service development, technical teams and operations to ensure marketing supports commercial objectives and aligns with project delivery capabilities.- Stay abreast of construction industry regulations, procurement processes, project delivery trends and evolving client-requirements; translate this knowledge into marketing opportunities.- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, PR), vendors, industry bodies, and key influencers in the construction sector.
