We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, market penetration, and sales growth across assigned territories. The role involves close coordination with the sales team, distributors, and retailers to strengthen market presence and enhance channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
2. Plan and execute BTL activities, retail branding, and promotional campaigns.
3. Manage dealer/distributor schemes, trade offers, and incentive programs.
4. Ensure effective in-store visibility, merchandising, and POSM deployment.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
6. Coordinate with sales teams to drive secondary sales and market coverage.
7. Track campaign performance and prepare MIS and ROI analysis reports.
8. Manage trade marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
9. Conduct market visits to evaluate activation effectiveness.
10. Strengthen relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
