You will work closely with laboratory teams to ensure that samples are accurately labeled, tracked, and prepared for testing, enabling timely and reliable d agnostic results. Receive, Verify & Log Patient SamplesReceive and log samples promptly with accurate identification.Ensure proper labeling of all sample containers.Record any issues or discrepancies noticed at the time of receipt.2. Enter & Manage Data in LIS/LMSEnter patient and sample details into the laboratory system with precision.Maintain accuracy and completeness of all digital records.Update system entries promptly during workflow changes.3. Track Sample Movement & WorkflowMonitor sample routing from accessioning to testing.Ensure samples are accounted for at every stage of the process.Communicate delays or discrepancies to the relevant teams.4. Maintain Quality Control & DocumentationFollow SOPs and quality control procedures to reduce errors.Document all accessioning activities, including deviations.Support audit readiness through accurate, organized records.5. Manage Inventory & Sample HandlingMonitor and maintain stock of collection materials and supplies.Handle and store samples as per guidelines to preserve integrity.Ensure proper storage and transportation procedures are followed.6.
