Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Solar Technician or in a similar role. Certification from recognized solar energy organizations. Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to solar power installations in Tamilnadu.

1. Field Sales Sourcing Loans till final disbursement and collections2. Should be a local person3. Should have knowledge of the type of customers for MSME loans4. Need to do minimum of 20 cold calls every day5. Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals6.
