job role-max life(insurance advisor)

● you will be responsible for building a team of advisors

● these advisors will be responsible for selling life insurance in their networks

● advisors are people from your network that can sell life insurance, they are required to

clear the irdai exam

● you will act as mentors for these advisors and manage their day-to-day operations

● you will be responsible for consistent sales output by utilizing your management &

monitoring capabilities

graduates and above (candidates with 12th plus a valid 3-year diploma will also be

considered)

● experience: must have at least 2 years of field sales experience (any field sales

experience)

● relevant industries: telecom, life insurance, retail, pharma, hospitality, automobiles,

real estate etc
