Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain customer records and update databases with the latest information. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
