Job Description

As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and providing support in a professional manner. Your role will involve communicating with clients from various countries, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through phone calls, addressing their questions and concerns about products or services, ensuring satisfaction.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify and understand issues faced by customers and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner, aiming for first-call resolution.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring information is logged into the company database.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to improve service quality and share insights on customer feedback, fostering a supportive work environment.

- **Meeting Performance Metrics:** Aim to meet or exceed performance goals set by the management, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
