Our mission is to empower businesses with innovative and reliable financial solutions.Position: Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: Noida, Lucknow Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.- Partner Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with partners for various services, including PAN, e-TDS, National Pension Scheme, IRCTC, DMT, AePS, BBPS, Digital Signatures, Ticketing, Banking, and CSP.- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.- Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.- Qualifications- Education: Graduate degree from a recognized institution.- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry will be preferred.- Knowledge: Prior knowledge of partner acquisition for PAN, e-TDS, National Pension Scheme, IRCTC, DMT, AePS, BBPS, Digital Signatures, Ticketing, Banking, CSP is highly desirable.- Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Proficiency in using CRM software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
