Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Partner Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with partners for various services, including PAN, e-TDS, National Pension Scheme, IRCTC, DMT, AePS, BBPS, Digital Signatures, Ticketing, Banking, and CSP.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.
- Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge: Prior knowledge of partner acquisition for PAN, e-TDS, National Pension Scheme, IRCTC, DMT, AePS, BBPS, Digital Signatures, Ticketing, Banking, CSP is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
