Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

 Research and identify potential clients such as small to medium businesses, accountants, and

distributors.

 Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Google search, databases, and internal CRM to identify qualified leads.

 Maintain a daily list of prospects for outreach.

Client Communication:

 Make 50-80 outbound calls per day to potential customers to introduce MargBooks and

understand their accounting/inventory software requirements.

 Engage with clients over emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to share product details,

presentations, and proposals.

 Build rapport, understand business pain points, and recommend solutions.

Product Demonstrations:

 Schedule and conduct virtual product presentations/demos (via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams) to

explain MargBooks features and benefits tailored to the clients needs.

 Highlight MargBooks key capabilities, including cloud accessibility, GST compliance, and real-time

inventory management.

Sales & Conversion:

 Convert prospects into paying customers by showcasing how MargBooks resolves their

accounting and business challenges.

 Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals effectively.

 Follow up consistently with clients at different stages of the sales funnel to ensure a high

conversion rate.

CRM Management & Reporting:

 Update all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper

tracking.

 Generate daily/weekly reports on outreach, client demos, and sales progress.

Client Relationship Management:

 Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.

 Ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding process and provide support with their queries

regarding MargBooks.
