Roles and Responsibilities:-1. Product Knowledge :-Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.2. Inside Sales:- Conduct inside sales activities to generate revenue for the application.- Engage with potential customers through phone calls.- Nurture leads through the sales funnel and move them towards conversion.- Close sales deals over the phone.3. Vendor Onboarding:- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto the application.- Guide vendors through the necessary documentation and registration procedures.- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for vendors.4. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.- Address inquiries and concerns from both existing and potential users.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.5. Sales Reporting:- Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Provide insights to management on performance metrics.6. Target Achievement:- Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and tele sales.- Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions if necessary.- Contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.7. Documentation and Compliance:- Ensure that all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.- Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.8. Timely Follow-Up:- Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding.- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.
