HR Executive - We are seeking a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage administrative activities and support human resource functions within the organization. Virtual Front Desk management. Attending to employees and clients who come to the virtual office,understanding their requirements and directing their inquiries to theconcerned team member. Manage the managers calendar, prioritise/schedule various tasks, takecare of various due dates & scheduled meetings, and maintain a work log. Help your manager organise team-building activities that happenmonthly, quarterly & annually. Build a strong bond with employees. Ability to develop people management skills.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.- Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals, specifically for roles in sales, marketing, production, and logistics.- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and provide support in resolving conflicts, grievances, or disputes.- Promote a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance against company goals.- Provide feedback and support to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.- Identify training needs across various departments and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.- Administer payroll and ensure that employee benefits (healthcare, bonuses, incentives) are processed accurately and timely.- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.- Design and execute initiatives to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.- Organize surveys to gather employee feedback and work towards improvements in organizational culture.- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee attendance, performance, training, and other HR metrics.- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by overseeing health and safety protocols.- Implement programs that support the well-being and mental health of employees.

Manage the offboarding process for employees who are resigning, retiring, or being terminated, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring all formalities are completed.15. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.16. Understand the unique HR needs of the logistics industry, including managing the workforce for shift-based or seasonal roles.
