Taking care of process and improvement to prevent the accidents. Responsible for 5S in Company Premises. Absenteeism and Attrition analysis & corrective action. Member of Various Committees (Canteen,Works,Transport ,Sports,CSR Etc ) Conduct Openhouse Session for workers & Staff. Handling & Implementation of TPM & 5S at shop floor

Handling entire Recruitment Process of the ClientCandidate search through Portals,Source candidates from job sites like and through employee referrals, existing database,candidate references and headhunting Scheduling of interviews for shortlistedcandidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills. freshers or experience both can apply.Knowledge of MS word, Excel , power point
