JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: MIS ExecutiveReport to: HOD/Team Leader Location: GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd, Raheja District, Plot: Gen-2/1/B, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai - 400 706Position Summary: Maintaining Management Information Systems, Database collecting data, documentation Job Responsibilities: To manage all analytics & reporting requirements for the team To Collect data and prepare reports as required To create & update the dashboards To co-ordinate with team Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently under high pressure & easily adapting to new assignment, systems, toolsSkills Required Knowledge of advance MS Excel is must Good Ability skills to use ERP, CRM and Inventory management software Good analytical skills Knowledge of Data analysis & interpretation Quick learner Eye for Detail Ability to work under pressure Timely report adherence Data managementQualification Required: Bachelors degree in any filed preferably MIS, Computer Science, IT Experience: 1 - 4 years as MIS Co-ordinatorEligibility Criteria: 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS role (E-commerce will be plus) Age 20 Years+ Pan and Aadhar card must Salary offered (CTC): PF, ESIC, PT deductions as per labour laws 16,000-25,000 pm depending on qualification criteria

Book new orders, review order book, highlight despatches, release 1st order book. Tally and dispatch book sync.Check, bill, order, book update sheet, courier billing/cash, tracking, data update, with sales and customer and despatchAttend every Monday morning meetings with internal dept, Update VP ops, despatches in transit sheet, transport booking and track till arrivalsSpeak to customers & send despatch details to customersManaging containers a month. E-way bill, online e sealing, check list , send documents, track sheet, Review as and when required, entries in tally, collect files by Monday & daily with CSM, update record daily, Tally all figures and send a copy to GM & Finance Dept.Prepare MIS & Monthly report 2nd of every month
