POSITION: MIS Executive

Report to: HOD/Team Leader

Location: GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd, Raheja District, Plot: Gen-2/1/B, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai - 400 706

Position Summary: Maintaining Management Information Systems, Database collecting data, documentation

Job Responsibilities:

 To manage all analytics & reporting requirements for the team

 To Collect data and prepare reports as required

 To create & update the dashboards

 To co-ordinate with team

 Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently under high pressure & easily adapting to new assignment, systems, tools

Skills Required

 Knowledge of advance MS Excel is must

 Good Ability skills to use ERP, CRM and Inventory management software

 Good analytical skills

 Knowledge of Data analysis & interpretation

 Quick learner

 Eye for Detail

 Ability to work under pressure

 Timely report adherence

 Data management

Qualification Required:

 Bachelor€™s degree in any filed €“ preferably MIS, Computer Science, IT

Experience:

 1 - 4 years as MIS Co-ordinator

Eligibility Criteria:

 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS role (E-commerce will be plus)

 Age 20 Years+

 Pan and Aadhar card must

Salary offered (CTC): PF, ESIC, PT deductions as per labour laws

 16,000-25,000 pm depending on qualification criteria
