Check, bill, order, book update sheet, courier billing/cash, tracking, data update, with sales and customer and despatch

Attend every Monday morning meetings with internal dept, Update VP ops, despatches in transit sheet, transport booking and track till arrivals

Speak to customers & send despatch details to customers

Managing containers a month. E-way bill, online e sealing, check list , send documents, track sheet,

Review as and when required, entries in tally, collect files by Monday & daily with CSM, update record daily, Tally all figures and send a copy to GM & Finance Dept.

Prepare MIS & Monthly report 2nd of every month
