Manage hardware inventory, spare parts, and asset tracking processes.Testing and Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues and system failures eiciently. Conduct detailed hardware testing, system diagnostics, and root cause analysis. Use advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment for troubleshooting. Ensure timely resolution of hardware-related incidents and minimize downtime.Technical Support Provide advanced technical support for hardware and system-related issues.
