we are looking for a motivated and proactive desktop support engineer to join our it team in mumbai. the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting desktop, laptop, and office software solutions. you will play a key role in ensuring seamless it operations by providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently.

*key responsibilities*:

- provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and ms office products.

- install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems.

- assist users in resolving it-related issues in their daily operations.

- diagnose and resolve software application issues.

- configure, update, and maintain antivirus software to ensure system security.

- provide basic networking support and have a general understanding of dns and dhcp protocols.

- ensure hardware and software applications are in optimal working condition.

- maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.

*required skills*:

- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.

- familiarity with networking concepts such as dns and dhcp.
