Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting desktop, laptop, and office software solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations by providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and MS Office products.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems.
- Assist users in resolving IT-related issues in their daily operations.
- Diagnose and resolve software application issues.
- Configure, update, and maintain antivirus software to ensure system security.
- Provide basic networking support and have a general understanding of DNS and DHCP protocols.
- Ensure hardware and software applications are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.
