Desktop Support Engineer - Nariman Point Mumbai

Perform system builds, software deployment, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications.

Install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and local & network printers.

Troubleshoot hardware issues (Dell / HP / Lenovo preferred).

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty support.

Maintain IT asset inventory for laptops, desktops, accessories, and peripherals.

Maintain list of all IT assets and ensure proper inventory handling.

Vendor management and coordination for IT procurement and support activities.
