Laptop Service Engineer Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Laptop Service Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and are eager to learn. You will mainly be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing laptops to ensure they function optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosing Issues: You will identify hardware and software problems in laptops by performing thorough inspections and tests.

2. Repairing Hardware: You will replace or repair faulty components, such as keyboards, displays, and circuit boards, ensuring all repairs meet quality standards.

3. Software Installation: You will install and configure operating systems and necessary software, ensuring laptops are ready for use by customers.

4. Customer Support: You will provide assistance to customers by explaining repairs and answering any questions they may have about their devices.

5. Maintaining Records: You will keep accurate records of repairs and services completed, including updating the inventory of parts used.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be familiar with basic laptop hardware and software systems. Attention to detail is critical to ensure the quality of repairs.
