Key Responsibilities:

1. **Diagnosing Issues:** You will identify hardware and software problems in laptops by performing thorough inspections and tests.

2. **Repairing Hardware:** You will replace or repair faulty components, such as keyboards, displays, and circuit boards, ensuring all repairs meet quality standards.

3. **Software Installation:** You will install and configure operating systems and necessary software, ensuring laptops are ready for use by customers.

4. **Customer Support:** You will provide assistance to customers by explaining repairs and answering any questions they may have about their devices.

5. **Maintaining Records:** You will keep accurate records of repairs and services completed, including updating the inventory of parts used.
