�� Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.
�� knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.
�� Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.
�� Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
�� Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing
�� Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.
�� Basic Knowledge in networking, ADSL routing, and switching.
�� Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.
�� Monitoring of CCTV IP Camera and ISP Links.
