Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.

knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.

Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.

Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.

Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing

Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.

Basic Knowledge in networking, ADSL routing, and switching.

Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.

Monitoring of CCTV IP Camera and ISP Links.
