An Air Hostess, also known as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Crew, is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board an aircraft. The primary responsibilities of an Air Hostess include:- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers during flights- Conducting pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrating the use of safety equipment- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft- Serving meals and beverages to passengers- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant flying experience

Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities, including passenger handling, baggage handling, and aircraft operations. They play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.Responsibilities for Ground Staff may include:- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters- Ensuring passengers' baggage is safely stowed and unloaded- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft.

As an Airport Ticketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with ticketing and booking flights, as well as providing information on flight schedules, pricing, and availability.
