Handle queries and address complaints. Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line. Take messages and pass them on to the receiver. Regularly check and sort emails. Maintain a filing system of all required documents. **Requirements** Any 12th pass candidate with first class (Maths is mandatory). Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position will be a plus point. Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, etc. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
