**What to expect from the role** Hands-on experience with support and guidance to customers. Exposure to customer service, management, and effective communication. Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets. **Responsibilities** Greet and welcome guests as they come and go. Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests. Handle queries and address complaints. Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line. Take messages and pass them on to the receiver. Regularly check and sort emails. Maintain a filing system of all required documents. **Requirements** Any 12th pass candidate with first class (Maths is mandatory). Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position will be a plus point. Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, etc. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
