Job Title: On-Field Marketing Executive Location: Sola, Ahmedabad Duration of the internship: 6 Months + 1 Year of full employment (Depends on performance) Stipend: 5k per month + Petrol Allowance Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated On-Field Marketing Executive to become a member of our team. As a new employee, you will be working directly in the field implementing strategies for advertising. You'll engage with new clients, advance our application, and acquire insightful information about the market. This is a great chance to get practical experience in field marketing and support the growth of your brand and consumers. Key Responsibilities: To promote the application to different companies and retail spaces to attract potential customers. To interact directly with customers, answering questions and showing products to drive interest and sales. To collect customer opinions to understand preferences and market trends. To support the sales team by identifying potential customers and guiding them towards a purchase. To collect insights from on-field interactions, including customer responses and competitor information, to share with the marketing team. To collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns in the field. To build relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners. To hand out promotional materials to increase brand awareness at various events or locations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field. Strong interest in marketing and engaging with customers in person. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand promotion. A willingness to travel to different locations is part of the job. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Ability to adapt to different situations.

Project Planning and Execution: This role involves meticulously planning and executing field marketing projects such as organizing events, activations, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Field marketing executives often encounter challenges like last-minute event changes or unexpected issues, requiring quick thinking and strategic decision-making to ensure successful outcomes.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align field activities with overarching marketing strategies and sales objectives.Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to field marketing teams, vendors, or event staff to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously evaluating and enhancing field marketing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, driving innovation in local marketing tactics.Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging directly with customers at events, trade shows, or conferences to gather feedback, generate leads, and build relationships on behalf of the company.
