Experience: Proven track record in a sales-driven, marketing, or business development role.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the wider team to design, roll out, and track targeted marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Sales & Negotiation: Present products to prospective clients, assess their needs, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain detailed client records, answer product inquiries, and follow up to drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, analyze sales data, and evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine future marketing and sales strategies.
