We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing team. Office location is Changodar but you do not have to come office daily . Its Field Job sales .The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our diagnostics customer base within Ahmedabad and surrounding cities including Himmatnagar, Sanand, Mehsana, and Gandhinagar etc. This role requires a strong understanding of the diagnostics industry for laboratory products like plasticware,glassware, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the diagnostics market.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams (., marketing, technical support) to optimize customer experience.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (., Biotechnology,Bachelors in Science,Laboratory Technician,Biomedical Engineer).
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of diagnostic products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in English and Gujarati (additional local languages are a plus).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
